I am currently the Head of Strategic Planning at Archetype in Germany. It’s a truly integrated role with the overall goal to achieve qualitative, value-oriented growth for Archetype in Germany focusing on client and service innovation. I am also part of the German leadership team.I am with Archetype for 16 years now and since I started in March 2007, my role has constantly changed. That’s one of the things that kept me here for so long apart from my great colleagues and clients over the years. I started in classic PR and Media Relations and then moved to a more digital space. I worked as a local digital lead, for the social media team, then for the global digital team. The variety definitely keeps things interesting.I like the saying “I’m listening” from the 90s sitcom Frasier because that’s how I always start to do new things: By listening to people who are very often smarter than I am.
