About Larry Tollen
I have had my license since 1984 and practiced full time Brokerage since 1991. I have a strong expertise in all aspects of general residential real estate as well as real estate investment, development, and design. I am extremely familiar with residential construction and am both interested in and up to date on EnergyStar® and Green Building techniques. Over the years I have built three EnergyStar® rated homes. Sustainable living is important to me both personally and professionally. I am researching Intentional Communities and would like to create and develop one where my wife I would ultimately live. While extremely pragmatic, I am a true optimist, I enjoy life’s constant challenges and remain ever confidant that I can change with the circumstances and that things will turn out well.
