ABOUT LARRY STEINHAUER

I am a senior financial executive with years of experience in leading finance teams and processes for diverse businesses, including logistics, healthcare, manufacturing, and software services. I hold MS/MBA from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business, and BS from Purdue University.As the Corporate Controller at Optalis Healthcare, I support executive decision-making, provide financial leadership for management of current book and growth plans, and work with departments to understand spend and improve KPI metrics. I also lead a team of ten with responsibility for controlling and FP & A, including GL management, AP, budgeting, reporting, consolidation, presentations, audit and process development.My core competencies include strategy development and execution, business planning, financial management, budgeting, reporting and analysis, internal controls, process documentation and redesign, cost management and reduction, and restructuring.
