   Executive Director of Robbin and Associates1990-present. I provide webinar training for all types of organizations serving diverse populations of youth and adults with barriers to employment. My webinars help programs improve their workforce development outcomes with job seekers and employers. I publish a free workforce newsletter read by over people. To see back issues and subscribe, go to Examples of projects of Robbin and AssociatesOakland Workforce Investment Board 19••••91 I designed customized staff and management training sessions for all of the youth and adult workforce programs funded by the board. At the end of this project, the board reported that on average the programs had improved their performance by thirty-five percent.San Francisco Council on Homelessness 19••••88 I staffed the Employment and Economic Development Committee of the Council. I provided training to all of the staff of employment, housing, supportive service and other organizations providing services to people who were homeless. Oregon Department of Human Assistance 19••••90 I did a statewide training tour for all of the front line staff and their managers in the welfare-to-work program. Department of the Navy Outplacement Project 19••••90 I designed a large outplacement program to serve laid off civilian employees. I trained human resources personnel, management and workplace leaders in employment counseling, job development and job search strategies. The program was recognized by the Department of the Navy as an “exemplary and successful civilian outplacement project.”Webinar training 2003 – presentI have developed and presented over 300 webinars for a wide variety of organizations. This includes workforce boards, America’s Job Centers, nonprofits, community colleges and other schools, local, state and federal government agencies, training providers, behavioral health programs, social services and other entities.
