Information technology professional with experience in web development, UI design & UX design, e-commerce, SEO, digital technology, digital marketing and social media. Throughout my career, I\'ve worked closely with software developers and designers. I\'ve worked with cross functional teams in order to gather requirements to accomplish business objectives. Working through an array of disparate team members, I\'ve been able to achieve awards for several of the projects I\'ve completed. For example, two of the projects I created at Cincinnati Children\'s Hospital won 2nd place awards at the Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine (SIIM).    My design process for Delta Dental involved a structured approach to user-centered design to builds scalable content solutions for multiple cross-functional teams leveraging an internal design system within Figma. For Delta Dental, I leveraged Figma and a customized design system, built upon their core system, to create both low and high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using Figma. This process was iterative, involving close collaboration with team members to ensure seamless implementation within Adobe Experience Manager. To optimize performance and SEO, I meticulously optimized images across all Delta Dental websites. My collaborative workflow was facilitated by tools like Figjam and Miro, which supported team communication and Agile events. Delta Dental webforms, I began with stakeholder interviews to understand existing pain points and desired enhancements. This discovery phase was crucial for informing the design process. I then collaborated with a business analyst to create diagrams, visualizing the platform\'s operational flow. To provide developers with a comprehensive understanding of the system\'s architecture, I developed a detailed sitemap that extended beyond traditional sitemap conventions. Finally, for the Delta Dental platform, I employed Figma for UX design, and ensured all designs adhered to WCAG Level AA accessibility guidelines, utilizing NVDA for thorough screen reader testing.Creating UX low fidelity and high fidelity designs in Figma for Delta Dental for their public facing website.Adhering to Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Level AA with all websites across Delta Dental brands.
