Larry is a Vice President of EHSS at AFL Global. His expertise is in safety, safety culture, safety leadership, and transformation. Larry is a Board member at both non-profit and for profit enterprises. He serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Illinois School of Labor and Employment Relations as well as a professor at Colombia Southern University. Larry has been instrumental in designing and implementing transformational change for Fortune 500 companies across the globe. He serves as a frequent speaker for risk and safety conferences, as well as an executive coach for senior leaders.Larry has worked with the world\'s largest industrial firms to drive improved safety performance through leadership and behavioral interventions. He has supported the introduction of Safety Management Systems (SMS) at a variety of companies. Larry began his career in 1989. His industry experiences include Manufacturing, Aviation, Energy, Utilities, Chemicals and Consumer Packaged Goods. Larry has been employed by Amoco, BP, Marsh Advisory, Oliver Wyman and Warner-Lambert. A native Chicagoan, Larry graduated from the University of Iowa with a B.B.A. in Economics as well as Industrial Relations & Human Resources. He received a Master’s Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois.
