My philosophy on change is that doing nothing may be the most comfortable option; however, avoiding change could be more damaging in the long run. Embrace change! My career path has transitioned from a degree in Engineering to work in Supply Chain & Operations, to where I am now in Business Technology and cloud-based services. Through the combination of my technical experience, direct contact with clients and key stakeholders, I have gained a unique perspective of technology change and its impact on the users and the business as a whole. What this means for my employer and the clients is that I can advise on solutions to help improve business processes while keeping business continuity top of mind.
