As head of TTEC Digital’s Experience Transformation practice, Larry Mead leads a global team of Strategists, Experience Designers, Business Architects, Operations Consultants, Vertical SMEs, … all focused on fueling exceptional customer and employee experiences that also deliver real business value.With over 30 years of professional experience, Larry has a diverse industry background including healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, insurance, consumer packaged goods, and technology. Prior to joining TTEC Digital, he co-founded Guidon Performance Solutions, a customer-centric operations management advisory firm. Earlier in his career, he held a variety of transformation and technology leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase as well as General Electric.Larry is a principled, results-oriented business leader with expertise in CX strategy, operations excellence, digital engagement, business transformation, and high-performance cultures. He is passionate about seeing customer and employee lives transformed and believes that as we help our clients deliver value in every customer interaction, we are also bringing more humanity, ease, and joy to life.Larry has a Master’s of Science degree in Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, and a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University. He is also a graduate of the General Electric Management Program and a Master Black Belt.He lives with his wife near their extended family in Columbus, Ohio. He enjoys several hobbies including music, running, and aviation.
