Individually, each member has specific responsibilities within their current title; members work together as a unified entity to deliver overall vision, strategy, improved management, profitability, and performance to advance the success of the company. • Guiding continuous transformational success across the enterprise, achieving several years of record sales and profits • Developed policies and SOPs, including an Employee IT Policy Handbook, Hazardous Material Policy, Hazardous Energy Communication Policy, and Employee Safety Orientation Manual • Developed and gained approval from BOD on a vastly improved employee incentive program • Created standard job descriptions and labor grading, leading to improved use of market data, establishing competitive wage rates • Developed and implemented a succession planning tool used in key management positions • Created an annual 5-year capital planning function and maintained annual CAPEX spending • Introduced a successful annual strategic planning activity used to develop executive goals and objectives for BOD approval • Established a vetting system to screen staffing agencies, narrowing down these resources to a few key agencies with a set free structure, saving the company $50K annually since 2014
