My remit covers the full spectrum of the Infrastructure organization, ensuring our compute capacity is \"production-ready\" at every layer.Core Recruitment Focus:Data Center Physical Infrastructure: Sourcing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Fiber Optics and LVC management. Focused on hiring Infrastructure Deployment Engineers capable of leading $100M+ scale physical installs, OTDR analysis, and BICSI-standard deployments.Network Automation & Software: Identifying engineers who bridge the gap between physical networking and code (Go, Rust, Python) to automate hyperscale fabrics.Reliability & Observability: Sourcing SREs specialized in AI/HPC fabrics, RDMA/RoCEv2, and high-radix switching to ensure 24x7 performance for AGI workloads.
