I work with you to guide you toward becoming your best self.I enjoy working with couples, families, and individuals. I also work with older adults. My therapy models lean toward Narrative and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.I earned my Master of Arts in marriage and family therapy from Pfeiffer University, and came to the counseling field from a successful background in communications and public relations.A Charlotte native, my primary life mission is to improve the lives of others; another is to help make the Charlotte area the best place in the country to live, work, and play.I welcome your communication.
