Managed C2 platform seven-person team that designed and released all new cooling system for the Next Generation Edge, Escape/Corsair Mid Cycle Action with new engine and new hybrid transmission, Maverick hybrid cooling system.(C2 platform includes Edge/Nautilus, Escape/Corsair, Maverick, Bronco Sport)• Managed team that achieved 100% on time delivery of the new cooling system that met cost, weight, functionality targets despite personnel shortage/shuffle and team members in new roles• Leveraged the expertise of our CAE team and physical flow stand to resolve pump Inlet pressure on new Escape/Corsair while still meeting program timing for the new Escape/Corsair• Supervised $1.5M cost reduction action by reducing number of fans and radiators and eliminating combo condenser on the Edge/Nautilus Program while simultaneously working on the new cooling system for the next generation Edge/Nautilus• Enacted customer dissatisfaction resolution action on the Bronco Sport for engine water pump cavitation while leading effort with purchasing for supplier selection for the new model Bronco Sport• Guided team to eliminate $300 cost per unit (CPU) warranty spend on Escape/Corsair due to pump flash issueManaged four-person team that designed and released the new cooling system for the 2019 Edge/Nautilus• Revised diesel cooling system 6 weeks before Tool Try Out build (typical timing is 12 weeks) and met program timing • Implemented 100% resolution of all vehicle operation (assembly) issues and campaign prevent issues (customer dissatisfaction prevention) within 24 hrs. of the call being made.• Championed 100% support of the build at the Oakville Assembly Plant – team recognized for their exceptional support which included always having a team member physically on-site and covering each shift.
