Developed RWA’s first integrated five-year strategic plan focused on more conscious business initiatives and change management, ultimately resulting in the restructuring of the organization to focus on increased stakeholder value. • Spearheaded implementation of strategic plan, making improvements across the organization, resulting in a more cohesive and authentic culture and a $22M savings in operating, maintenance and department service expenses. • Grew revenues from $81.3 million to more than $100 million and led eight public debt offerings, while helping to move the utility to more sustainable practices, including: expanding its non-water rate revenues; replenishing its reserves; and reducing reliance on dept for capital projects.
