In addition to prior executive roles, I worked independently on major healthcare transformation efforts:I worked with the Veterans Administration to enhance implementation of its community care program, incorporating commercial sector best practices. I worked NYC Health + Hospitals to develop a primary care strategy, value-based contracting, and a network of healthcare and social service providers to serve 1 million+ patients. I worked with the New York State DOH to define and promote advanced primary care across the State as part of the $100 million CMS State Innovation Model grant. I served as an executive with a $10 billion health plan and led its transformation in response to the ACA. I launched an internal consulting team and led initiatives on value-based care, provider partnerships, consumerism, public and private exchanges. I have designed and run programs for CEOs and Boards. I led Enterprise-wide, cross-functional teams. I ran marketing, communications, and product development and was founding ED of a health foundation.
