Capital project management, supervision, and coordination of contractors to manage scope, budget, schedule, and adherence to regulatory and code compliance as required by site, local, state, federal jurisdictions. Oversee the development and management of operational expense budgets for site services by working with site management on forecasting and cost reduction strategies. Review real estate contracts for compliance with government specifications and suitability for occupancy.
