ABOUT LARRY LAURENCE W. ZEIFMAN

Larry Zeifman has over four decades of experience auditing and advising public and private companies. After leaving a \'Big Four\' firm in 1985 to join Zeifmans, Larry served as the firm\'s Managing Partner from 1988 until 2009.Specializing in auditing, mergers & acquisitions, and consulting, Larry is responsible for servicing many of Zeifmans’ larger corporate clients, especially clients in the financial services and health care sectors. Larry’s clients rely on his advice on a range of domestic financial matters, as well as issues relating to the global corporate environment. He leads the Zeifmans Cannabis and Psychedelics Team, and has served as an Alternate Governor of the National Hockey League. He is also the chair of the board of First Phosphate Corp. and a director and chair of the audit committee of ZeroStack Corp.Larry’s understanding of global business facilitated his longtime chairmanship of Nexia Canada (the Canadian division of Zeifmans’ international accounting network), and membership on Nexia’s international marketing and business development committee. Larry is an active community volunteer. He is a past president of his synagogue, Beth Avraham Yoseph of Toronto (Canada\'s largest Orthodox synagogue), is the Chairman of the Orthodox Union in Canada, and is a former Vice President of B\'nai Brith Canada. His passion for, and interest in, the State of Israel, and his years of extensive global travel have helped Zeifmans’ clients do business successfully in Israel and other world markets. Larry was a member of former Prime Minister Harper\'s delegation for his January 2014 trip to Israel and has been a frequent delegate to the World Zionist Congress.Larry can be reached at L•••@Zeifmans.ca
