While working in this industry I have worn many hats. I started out as a driver and quickly moved into being a trainer for new hires. After a few years I was offered the position of Transportation Manager.Not really enjoying that position, I moved to the position of lead mechanic in-charge of maintenance and repair of tractors and trailers for the fleet. Recently, I served as an instructor for a CDL School until the school was sold and closed.(Didn\'t see that one coming)Now, I am enjoying my time driving and helping business owners of trucking companies cut their healthcare costs in half while providing better service for their employees. This helps with retention and gives the employees a pay raise. Who wouldn\'t enjoy that?
