   As the Lead Operations Analyst and Project Manager at Lime Rock Resources, I have played a pivotal role in the administration and training of Wellview, Siteview, and Prodview systems for reporting and remote deployment. I have also utilized my skills as a designer to create custom AFE portal that streamline complex approval workflows, enhance economic data management indicators, facilitate departmental communication, manage AFEs (Authorization for Expenditure), and optimize field cost reporting with Spotfire and Power BI dashboards. One of my key accomplishments has been integrating multiple SQL database systems, which has greatly improved economic decision-making opportunities between departments. By deploying Spotfire, I have enabled efficient data analysis and visualization across the organization.Notably, I successfully completed the rollout of Prodview, encompassing over wells across 6 states and 15 field offices in just 8 months. This implementation has significantly enhanced production data accuracy and provided decision-making tools to drive operational efficiency. Also tied in production analysts to help with marketing department.In addition to my project management responsibilities, I have been instrumental in retooling AFE management to strengthen cost controls and budgeting processes. Furthermore, I have been actively involved in developing a real-time liquidity model that aligns finance, accounting, and operations, providing a comprehensive representation of ongoing operations.Another crucial aspect of my role has been managing data tracking for over non-operated wells across three funds, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available for analysis and reporting.Overall, my contributions at Lime Rock Resources have demonstrated my proficiency in project management, systems administration, data analysis, and cross-departmental collaboration, resulting in improved operational efficiency and informed decision-making.
