From starting in food service operations—growing a national quick service restaurant franchise from 5 to 43 locations, leading as Executive VP and Certified Operator—to serving in executive roles at Steritech and Rentokil, I’ve consistently delivered strategic solutions that drive revenue, enhance compliance, and optimize operations. During my time at Steritech, I secured the company’s first food safety contract and advanced into executive management, guiding the brand through significant growth and its eventual merger with Rentokil, the global leader in pest management. My expertise spans business strategy, operational efficiency, talent development, and regulatory compliance, all aimed at delivering exceptional results for businesses. Now, I’ve founded Level Up Advisors, where I offer my decades of expertise to businesses and leaders in the pest industry who are seeking strategic guidance. On a personal note, I am a dedicated family man, married for 44 years to my amazing wife, with two children and four grandchildren.
