I supported the school in technology by managing the Aeries and Illuminate student information systems for inputting / configuring, and updating class schedules, report cards, gradebook, standard based grades, school information, configuring admin, teacher and staff account permissions; Parent Portal and Student Portal accounts (to view attendance, grades, students progress; compliant with FERPA law), I successfully implemented Parent Square (sync; works with Aeries to provide school wide information online / app to parents). Supported Teachers (TK - 8th) grade elementary and middle school in supporting them in their email, classroom technology (promethean boards, network laser jet printers, fix ladybug docucams, internet, wireless access points, google classroom, supported teachers with Securely, Google Chrome Books 500+ devices, supported Leadership Team with CAASPP testing making sure all google chrome books have the latest browser to do ELA, Math and Science testing for 3rd through 8th grade). Supervised and managed an IT technician to delegate IT work requests.Successful IT Projects acquired and will be implemented through June 2023:* Erate Approval (New Infrastructure Upgrade / Ruckuss Wireless Access Points, Cabling, Fortinet Firewall)* Will upgrade our Cox Internet from 1GB to 3GB (December 2022)* Purchased 200 google chrome books (September 2022) to support instruction and teachers campus wide;* Manage the Google Admin Console to configure / deploy asset tag new ACER google chromebooks* Manage Google Email Accounts, Resetting Employee passwords,* Worked with Vault, restored data files, created rules alerts to prevent phishing emails;* Worked with I-Ready Data, Clever (Single Sign on), MobyMax, Upload * Worked with Assessment data scores / uploaded them in Aeries (I-Ready & ELPAC Data scores)* Edlio Website: Successfully updated Darnall Website (August 2022)* Worked on IT Policies preserving data / privacy
