It is currently operating complex innovative urban networks of assorted toll road projects. I am responsible for delivering a strategy and approach to manage, maintain and operate an infrastructure that handles over ITS devices to include, Electronic Tolling Systems (ETC), Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) the Traffic Management Systems (TMS) activities and Back Office System (BOS) that process all Trip transactions across three (3) major Express lanes in Northern VA. This role is in conjunction with enhancing a strategy to advance innovation, good governance and delightful customer service.
