My academic experience covers 17 years full time and 7 years part-time instruction. I have taught Logistics, Project Management, Process Improvement (Six Sigma), Quantitative Analysis; Decision Making Under Uncertainty, Principles of Management; Business Plans, Doing Business in France, French and U.S. Labor, Agribusiness and Statistics.I have taught at several universities in Paris, France:International Project Management, Structured approach to Entrepreneurship, Implications of Fluctuations of Oil Prices on the Supply Chain and Managing Innovation.Travel Courses:I teach a course that travels to the Dominican Republic. The recent trip focused on development of a water system, an internet cafe and a clinic in a remote village. Past Trips involved the implementing a micro-finance opportunity for the art community in the DR.I lead a group of Millikin students on a trip to Paris, each year, that explores French labor issues and doing business in France.My work experience covers over 25 years of industry in a variety of professional and managerial roles in diverse areas.My experience includes: Electronic systems Design( RADAR, Displays, Recording devices); Supplier Management; International Co-production; Optimization of Manufacturing processes; developing ISO certified processes; frontline supervision of union employees; development of innovative supplier relations.Specialties: ISO development;Project Management;Scheduling Flexible Manufacturing Systems; Consulting: I have consulted with companies on implementation of an ISO certification; development and documentation of system processes; development of interactive training courses.My current research is in the following:Operations Management relationship to EntrepreneurshipComparisons of US and French workforce culture
