Hired over 40 representatives responsible for sales through the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.Responsibilities included product design and development for an entire product line of stationary and motion leather upholstery sourced in China. Made 8 trips to China between March 2023 and August 2024. Developed a successful Direct Import Container Program as well as a warehouse program stocked in East and West Coasts US warehouses.Responsibilities also include design and development of over 90% of a product line finely crafted leather stationary, motion and sleepers produced in Mexico.Opened major retailers throughout the United States and significantly expanded sales and distribution from coast to coast.Developed a complete marketing program of catalogs, leather samples, schematics, graphics, high-resolution photography, environmental room scenes, AR videos and more.General responsibilities are broad and encompass virtually every aspect of product, sales, marketing and more.
