For 28 successful years I developed a wide range of skills in the Feature Film & TV industry specializing in Post Production.then the Pandemic Hit! While my career and industry took time to resettle, I had an opportunity to support a role for a Commercial Cleaning Company where I led many sales campaigns and launched their social media platforms. Fast-forward several short months, and I was blessed again with an offer from SIM INTERNATIONAL to re-enter the Post Production industry, heading up their Brooklyn location. Sim International has a complete vertical integration footprint in the industry, literally from Stage to Screen! I am super happy to be part of this family and to learn from my new sisters and brothers. Reference Achievements: Lead the directive to migrate Deluxe NY’s Hudson Street location with focused collaboration of my developed team. We moved more than 60 employees, over a pedabyte of storage along with countless workstations for both production and corporate requirements scanning several business units. This project lasted 16 months to complete successfully - Feb-2015-Jun.2016. Provided shepherding and custodianship to merge the many resulting brands, departments, workflows and cultures subsequent to the above noted migration project. This has required perpetual and persistent campaigning with collaboration from the existing leadership council, which also transitioned and evolved over many years.
