The mission of Hearts of Wheels (HOW) is to help eradicate the diminutive life progressions of our at-risk and economically disadvantaged youth through our car ownership and mentoring program (COMP). Here at Hearts of Wheels, we have found that our less fortunate youth are ill-equipped to pull themselves from the grips of poverty and crime. Hearts of wheels fills that gap by providing donated or at cost transportation to these less fortunate youth. Our mission is to show them HOW they can navigate the road to success!
