   Working in a program lead capacity for the QA CoE in the merchandising/pricing and promotions areas • Providing oversight on the design and introduction of tools, processes and best practices across testing life cycle to improve throughput, communication and on-time delivery of projects across 10 teams in a product driven, Agile environment. Key Accomplishments: 1. Implemented processes that resulted in an increase of Maturity Assessments scores from average of 2.4 to 3.2 on a scale of 1 to 4 across all pricing teams 2. Interviewed, hired and onboarded many SDETs and other QA Leads in the Merchandising Pillar 3. Involved in tool analysis, POCs and enterprise wide implementation for several products including Qmetry Test Case Management System, Report Portal test execution reporting tool 4. Built CI/CD pipelines in Github Actions for approximately 24 github repos. Test pipeline includes smoke tests upon deployment (dev-prod), Sonar scan for code quality, export to QMetry, export to Report Portal and some performance tests 5. Drove initiative to increase unit test coverage from approx. 60% to 85%. Re-tooled automated test health metrics to provide a more accurate picture of repo health than just pass rate. Drove effort to clean up automated test repos to remove deprecated TCs and duplications, and improve pass rates making it easier to identify maintenance needs.
