I currently lead EPIC’s national Policy Response Unit (PRU). PRU provides a renewed focus on development, implementation, and communication of best practices, delivery of superior policy terms through client-specific endorsements, and ensuring contract certainty with the ultimate goal of maximizing financial recovery for our clients. My role is to provide comprehensive pre and post-loss claims advocacy services, including policy negotiation and resolving claims/coverage disputes. I also conduct client education on insurance, contract review and other topics and am a frequent speaker at various client and industry events.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
