Leadership ExperienceI am an entrepreneur, corporate wealth builder, inventor, engineer, creative thinker, teacher and motivational team builder. Creating the best team has been the recipe for my success. During my career I built a $100m company of 30 employees that was built to support the entertainment industry with quality equipment and support services. During my tenure growing this company, I designed a proprietary projection system that was recognized throughout the world as a leader in projection technology. I sold my interest in the company to an investment firm in to become a consultant servicing themed attractions, museums, public institutions and commercial movie theaters. BackgroundMy experience and accomplishments include artistic design, sound system design, electrical calculations and planning, acoustical design and installation of high quality specialty film and digital projection systems along with hi powered audio systems. My work also includes engineering 3D large format projection systems, large digital blended- warped projections system, water screen projection, architectural projections and extensive work in planetariums, public institutions and themed attractions. I have extensive knowledge and experience in designing, programming and building control systems, audio and video networks. I have been directly responsible for the equipping and engineering over commercial theaters and more than 250 specialty theaters, projections systems, theme park attractions and planetariums throughout the world. My artistic background along with knowledge and experience designing, installing and commissioning theme park attractions has made me a key person to lead a technical team while understanding the artistic requirements and creative intent of the show.
