Voted Missouri’s Best Police Officer in the 20••••24 edition of Missouri Magazine. In 2008 Midwest Gang Investigators Association- Missouri chapter Award for Excellence winner. In 2009 Fredrick Milton Thrasher Award for Superior Service in Law Enforcement from the National Gang Crime Research Center in Chicago Illinois. Testified as an expert on gangs in the State murder case in Pettis County Missouri. Taught classes in several states specializing in Gang Suppression for Rural Law Enforcement. Consulted for Sikeston Missouri PD on a gang related case involving the Brick Squad Monopoly street gang. One of investigating Detectives for Operation Erin case in Sedalia Missouri involving the drug related arrests of over 30 suspects. 15 were documented gang members. Assisted in Operation Coin Collector 2 yr ATF case involving drug related arrests of gang members in multiple jurisdictions in Missouri and Kansas.Board member for the following Non-Profits: Safety Chair for Boys and Girls Club of West Central Missouri, Vice President of Citizens Advisory Board,Pillars of Pettis County, Sedalia Housing Authority, Pettis County Crimestoppers,Community Engagement Chair Sedalia Chamber of Commerce
