Supervise the production resources to ensure the production plan is met within the required Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost objectives.• Maintain high quality standards and compliance throughout the areas while practicing FDA and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)• Work continuously with the manufacturing operators and maintenance technicians to improve machine output, equipment effectiveness, and quality.• Monitors dates of scheduled maintenance and calibration of all equipment in the plant with the computerized system.• Organizes and reviews all documents regarding the equipment, instruments and maintenance work orders.• Sends out instruments for external calibrations, maintain control of instruments outside the facility Opens maintenance and calibration work orders, maintain control on work order status and due dates, provide status reports of calibration and maintenance work orders and inventory as required by Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or management.• Schedules/oversees vendor on-site maintenance and calibration activities.• Coordinator purchasing for maintenance department related materials, calibrations, spare parts and equipment• Assists in writing SOPs & Controls and orders spare parts• Controls and orders spare parts• Other duties than stated above may be assigned to the employee.• Monitors dates of scheduled maintenance and calibration of all equipment in the plant with the computerized system
