I manage a talented team of engineers responsible for world-class customer facing payment experience with some of the most critical payment-related features in the AWS Billing & Cost Management Console.I own the pages and features which enable AWS customers to seamlessly view, manage, and pay their outstanding invoices by working closely with product management, UX, and other stakeholders to continuously enhance the payments experience, drive adoption, and deliver features that delight our diverse customer base of startups, enterprises, and public sector organizations. We leverage customer feedback, data analytics, and payments industry insights to prioritize high-impact improvements.I also manage the building and maintaining of our robust systems, tooling, and processes that enable our engineering organization to rapidly innovate and scale, while ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our production environment which includes but not limited to- Implementing a highly automated CI/CD pipeline with multi-stages deployment and fully automated integration and front-end tests- Developing a centralized logging and monitoring platform that provides real-time visibility into system health and performance (high degree of observability)
