About Larry Mongoven
Printing is in my blood, it has been a passion since working part time at my uncle\'s shop when I was 10. A few years later, my family started TPM Graphics, and I have worked here ever since. My Dad worked for the Chicago Tribune for 30 years (prior to TPM), and my Grandpa for 46, so it really is in the blood.Being an owner/operator is both rewarding and challenging, but at the end of the day, I cannot picture anything else for me.Having transitioned into a mostly sales role has been another great challenge. It has allowed for two of my favorite things, meeting new people and talking about the business that I have grown up with. It\'s a changing world, but there are still lots of people who know that ink on paper is the best way to reach people, and make a lasting impression. Get it?Another passion is my family. I always knew that I wanted to have children, but I never realized how incredible it would be. Having 3 boys is a handful, but I embrace my role as a father, and husband.I love to spend time with my family.even when I have to be the referee, but I much prefer coaching!

Progressing from the production manager, learning accounting skills, and all the while developing client relationships has allowed me to wear many hats throughout my career (each and every day).We have grown from a 900 sq. ft. space to our own, sq. ft. facility, where we run 3 shifts and employ 30 people. Despite many changes in the world, we have remained very busy, in large part because people like to read from paper, not always a screen. And, paper is a renewable resource that stays in people\'s hands, and on their mind, for longer than an online experience.
