Not only exceptional faculty and staff, a great institution is a place of exceptional students, students who understand the importance of the region; community and family, creating an exceptional place to learn and grow.Essential: Essential to any community college / technical school, is the commitment to provide its region with training for the jobs in today’s world. Focusing on programs in careers for graduates in today and tomorrow’s high wage, high demand occupations essential for the region and the future.Equal: Students must have a voice, no one is a number, and people matter and student success must be the number one focus. Close to home and just like family, faculty and staff should understand that we can only be great when every student has a voice and every voice is heard.
