As the Sr. Manager of Learning & Development at First Legal, I lead the design and delivery of engaging and effective training programs for new hires and existing staff, from desk managers to upper management. With over 30 years of experience in the legal industry, I have a deep understanding of the court system, the California Code of Civil Procedure, and the best practices for service of process, court filings, electronic filing, and customer service.My goal is to empower our employees with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in their roles and provide outstanding service to our clients. I am also passionate about sharing my expertise with the broader legal community, as a trainer and an approved provider of MCLE credits for eFiling & eService with state and federal courts in California, and the discovery and the subpoena process. Additionally, I have been an active leader and contributor to the San Francisco Legal Professionals Association, serving as the president, vice president, advertising chair, executive advisor, and conference co-chair.
