I have learned that the best results come from collaboration and that means working with people 1x1 on on teams, which I do daily as a Property Manager for a nonprofit affordable housing developer and as a Realtor. My career included work in private equity and real estate services. I have acted as a champion and steward for development teams in an exceptional 1,600-unit multifamily portfolio on overlooked development sites in gateway cities. I executed an early off-market sale of an underperforming 600+ unit apartment community, working with the C-suite, achieving target project-level returns during the pandemic. I explored auction psychology, and ultimately led a sales team to close on the last 40 units of a residential condominium - to achieve a marginal, but positive, project-level IRR in the midst of the Great Financial Crisis.
