Damage Claim Services helps insurance carriers and transportation companies evaluate and settle specialized property damage claims. Our specialists do this by:• Analyzing state, federal, & local codes that apply to damage claims.• Compare actual repair costs versus calculation of reasonable cost of repair, identify physical damage and determine if any facility upgrades occurred.• Investigation of locates, determine liability, evaluate the feasibility of repair procedures, evaluate the business interruption, calculate deprecation / salvage value, determine replacement cost & market value of damage. • Estimating comparison, analysis, verification, and computation using Xactimate and RS Means court recognized estimating guides for construction costs. • Fully review all claims in question including labor, materials, equipment, contractor costs, loss of use, loss of profit, and administrative costs for of claims including: o Utilities above & below ground (power, gas, waste & water), building damages, gas station accidents, farming equipment, elevator/escalator, bridges, guardrails, attenuators, railroads, locomotive damages, and more. We settle the losses based on ACV, when appropriate. Our goal is to make sure the insurance carrier or transportation company pays claims based on fair and reasonable costs.
