ABOUT LARRY LEFEBOUR

I am an \'integrator\' or a \'T-shaped\' personality (à la Tom Kelley) more than anything. While I have facility in various areas, my primary area of interest continues to be UX development. Over the years and through working with wonderfully smart people, I’ve been able to expand my knowledge to include application lifecycle management & architecture, quality assurance, accessibility, performance monitoring and some project management skills, although I will defer to my colleagues who are more expert in these areas than me.I have completed the Certificate program for Life Skills Coaching at George Brown College. The definition of “Life Skills” is creative problem-solving skills & behaviours that are used to help a person accountably & responsibly manage their personal affairs. As a Life Skills Coach, I help people identify areas where they wish to make a change in their life, and work with them to set realistic goals in order to grow & learn from their experiences.Over the years I\'ve had the opportunity to work with some amazing software but I\'ve now come to realize that the most rewarding work is with human software. Seeing the potential in someone and helping them help themselves to craft a path for themselves is an area that I will continue to grow & develop. I also enjoy graphic & industrial design and still like to build things that exist in the real world. I also make a mean sourdough bread.
