I provide a unique perspective to various industries as they navigate their relationships with state and federal agencies, tribal communities, and stakeholders. I am at my best when I can help clients develop a strategy for navigating the risks to project delivery over the long-term. My work has spanned a career as a regulator, manager, and executive in the public sector as well as project manager, business development, and client relationship manager in the private sector. I help to bridge the communication gap that often exists between project proposers and agency staff to help avoid needless conflict that can lead to delay or assumption of unnecessary risk. Although I have a demonstrated capability in identifying solutions to problems, I believe that avoiding problems is even more powerful and have a demonstrated track record in identifying potential problems and developing a strategy to avoid them. I keep a strategic eye on your goals, objectives and project to assure that the short-term tasks get accomplished with the long-term goal in mind. My 30+ years of diverse professional experience includes public and private sector practice across a broad array of industries and geography. I have often said that it is easier to write down what I haven\'t done than list what I have done. So, if you want the whole story let\'s have coffee.
