Also managing the Fios TV Expansion project providing video in Fios eligible areas.Previously managed projects involving the use of AI with respect to gathering customer speech content and extrapolating their needs and in turn flags the reps. Broadband products for Fios and 5G applications. that include Routers & Customer Support products. Managed the expansion data (2G) & voice network in various Wire Centers in the NYC, Philadelphia. Management of network expansion projects in expanding the Verizon footprint in the U.S.(20••••21)Full end to end delivery in launching of products associated with the Verizon Cloud portfolio. Work closely with Product Management and Product Development in aligning the Quarterly and Yearly roadmap of various cloud products and features to be offered to all Verizon customers.
