The PMO Program Lead implements at the site a comprehensive PMO Framework for projectselection, prioritization, planning, execution, closeout, oversight, and governance, act in a leadership rolein the strategic prioritization of site projects and initiatives, and assist in the adherence to and definition of standards for project management and processes- Lead the improvement of project planning and execution capabilities for site project management. Provide strategic decision support for effective governance of all projects andprograms in the site Portfolio Management steering team meetings, actions, and sitescorecard status- Communicate Portfolio and Project priorities and progress to the team on a continuingbasis. for others and participate in cross-functional teams to meet strategic goals- Train individuals and teams on the implementation of the PMO Framework, PortfolioManagement guidelines, and initiatives. Provide leadership, development, and mentoringand ensure that employees have the PMO tools needed to perform their jobs- Ensure lessons learned activity is executed at the end of every project as an integral part ofproject close-out. Define and monitor key performance indicators to meet strategic goals.Analyze trends in data in order to provide accurate descriptions, identify root causes, and/oridentify solutions or improvements- Read, understand, and align with cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs(Standard Operating Procedures), including general safety, lockouts, etc- Lead team through priorities, goals, and resource allocation and communicate PMOFramework policies and procedures to employees.
