We operate a busy surveillance monitor room focused on providing proactive asset protection for both Gaming and Non-Gaming areas. By creating an internal culture that values both teamwork and individual productivity results have been excellent. Gaming integrity has been enhanced and the casino is more customer friendly. Team members enjoy the recognition from internal and external sources. These results have enabled many of our dedicated surveillance professionals to receive awards including property wide employee of the month and the annual Excellence in Service.
