   Senior Infrastructure Project Manager for Deutsche Bank Americas region managing the interchange, deployment and expansion of Next Generation VDI environment transitioning from IBM Kyndryl to Nutanix Hypervisor for new server assets to support 100K+ user sessions in the US, UK, Germany, Singapore, India and China regional datacenters. Matrix manage Global IT resources from DB Ops, our managed service partners and external vendors to ensure adequate infrastructure capacity to support new server assets. Work closely with Atos application teams with the integration to new and existing environments then plan the smooth transition to Production status. Provide weekly meetings with PMO and Global management of project progress status, successes, challenges, paying attention in detail to identify potential risks and liabilities to mitigate impacts to the project lifecycle.
