RAI joined ECI. Larry continues to provide protection engineering expertise and leadership to the protection leads and engineers, while working closely with the substation and industrial design teams, and the EPCS construction and testing teams. ECI employs engineers, designers, land agents, surveyors, environmental specialists, technical associates, project managers, construction professionals and support staff who perform work for power delivery projects throughout the United States and abroad. Projects have included record breaking sized renewable projects of wind, solar, and battery, and substation projects up to 765 kV. What has been enjoyable about the work at ECI is the commitment to technically sound solutions, customer needs, and employing engineers and staff skilled in their work.
