I\'m a skilled data science engineer who excels in using my analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills to continuously improve processes. I believe a strong team culture makes work not only more enjoyable but also more productive, and I aim to be a person that everyone enjoys working with. I am a quick learner and integrate well with any team, and I believe that a deep understanding of the business problem is the most important step before any data work.In my ten years of experience, I\'ve done every job that involves data, frequently building entire systems from scratch. I\'ve optimized the data structure, visualization, and culture for clients in various industries, including healthcare, recruiting, energy, hospitality, trading, and architecture. I\'ve implemented machine learning models that outperformed products sold as best-in-class.Outside of work, I enjoy hanging out with my dog, reading stories to my daughter, cooking and baking for my wife, writing and reading weird stories, and tending to my perennial garden.
