Within my years at Xilinx, I\'ve had leadership roles within sales, marketing, finance, engineering. I\'ve been successful leading strategic, operational and outbound / customer facing organizations and have developed a fairly unique blend of strong analytical skills balanced with the ability to craft a clear and compelling message. Because of these skills, I have a solid track record of being internally recruited to take on new challenges across multiple disciplines such as leading new business lines / P&L and challenging functions within the company. Most recently, I took on the role leading the new BU\'s +100 person communications sales team and grew revenue on a ~$800M communications group by 15% CAGR over a 2-year period. Before that, I led all finance (FP & A, Cost Accounting, Corporate Consolidation and Finance IT) as well as corporate development for Xilinx, a $3B+ company. This required significant interactions with the Board of Directors on Investor relations, mergers & acquisition strategies and successful integration of several companies. I have over 15+ of Marketing and Business Development leadership roles which include starting and holding P&L responsibility for the Embedded Product LIne within Xilinx (Zynq & Zynq SoC products). I grew this product line from concept to a yearly revenue to well north of $100M run rate. I have a strong engineering background and understanding of a variety of semiconductor hardware and related software technologies ranging from processors & embedded SW to analog & RF.
