ABOUT LARRY GABLE

I was born and raised in Southern California and graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. I worked for 35 years in the private sector as a Controller and Chief Financial Officer for several companies. I am married with two adult children. I enjoy racquetball, snow skiing, travel and time with family and friends. I hold a Private Pilot’s License and as a Rotarian have served on the Board of several non-profits. I ventured into Mortgage Banking and soon found that my background in Accounting really served me when it came to helping clients understand the mortgage process. I found that every client and their transaction was unique with multiple variables and challenges. Purchasing a home for most clients is the single largest financial decision they will ever make. My goal is to find the best loan program available to achieve their financial and personal goals. As a HECM Advisor, I have turned my focus to working with clients over 62 that want to maximize their savings and cash flow to ensure a long and rewarding retirement. I am privileged to work with like minded Financial Planners, Realtors and clients to find innovative ways that seniors can utilize the assets they have acquired which allows them to maximize their finances in this new chapter of life.
