I\'m responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management including planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and client communication. My collaboration with clients and engineers plays a major role in defining a successful scope and professional objectives for our roof projects. I prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets, factor critical labor assessments, and assess overhead expenses per project. I assist with labor allocation and resourcing vendors across multiple projects for efficiencies and profits. I work to ensure quality control procedures are kept to our highest standards and provide feedback to team members regarding Progressive\'s culture for maintaining high levels of professionalism and workmanship. I maintain accurate and detailed documentation, including contracts, RFI\'s, change orders, and job cost reports. Prepare and distribute progress reports, status updates, and closeout documentation to internal and external stakeholders within each project.
