Collaborated with program management to develop planning documents and provide implementation services supporting the wildfire relief efforts in Maui. The project focused on Disaster Housing Consulting, Community Engagement and Outreach, Employee Case Management, Temporary Dwelling Support, Recovery Analysis and Planning, and Long-Term Recovery Coordination.Tetra Tech CDBG-DR & CDBG-MIT | Various Clients Collaborated with program management and clients to help develop planning documents and provide implementation services for over $328 Million in CDBG funds. Received commendations for my work during the Hurricane Iniki disaster relief effort in Hawaii while stationed with the 25th Infantry Division. Tetra Tech School Safety Assessment Program | Iowa HSEMD Collaborated with program management and clients for the implementation of an $8.8 million project to assess the safety of Public and Non-Public schools in Iowa. The project successfully completed over 1260 school assessments in less than 4 months. Implemented and maintained key performance indicators for best practice and efficiency, led data analyses to forecast current and future outcomes, and developed weekly and monthly client reports. The project received recognition at the state level and earned TDR project of the year honors. Tetra Tech Emergency Rental Assistance Program | Various Clients Responsible for collaborating with program management and clients for the implementation of nearly $60 Million in CARES Act funding for local governments. Implemented and maintained key performance indicators for best practice and efficiency, led data analyses to forecast current and future outcomes, and developed weekly, monthly, and quarterly Treasury and client reports.
