Founded a national certification program for Worksite Wellness Practitioners called the WellCert Program. Provide onsite and online certification training and provide online re-certification modules. Chapman Institute provides technical advice and best practice perspectives we’ve learned through trial and error and a careful look at the applicable research to professionals planning, designing, implementing, managing and evaluating Worksite Wellness programs. Spent most of 2022 updating, streamlining and expanding all 4 levels of professional certification for Workplace Wellness practitioners and have launched in March of 2023 two new series of short weekly videos on Organizational Well-Being and Personal Well-Being.
