Decades of proven expertise in building teams, developing processes, and producing world-class user-facing product documentation (hardware, software, other) for complex hardware and software products. I have developed Tech Pubs departments and managed their growth according to the needs of the company. I have raised entry-level Tech Writers to manager-level, and mentored writers at all levels of experience. I have produced documentation targeted to both end-users and service/support techs. In this role, I am tasked with handling many areas of Technical Writing and Content Development that are often outside the purview of the standard Tech Writer. This has helped me grow as a professional, and as a person. I feel quite confident in my ability to tackle virtually any documentation/content strategy problem.
